Why We Are Hiring for Inside Sales Positions

Currently, we are seeking sales reps who can communicate to D2C sellers in all markets, including US, Germany and China. These persons will develop leads, and close new opportunities. This involves lead nurturing, pitching, and closing sales. Our audience consist primarily of small to mid-size D2C merchants across many categories who are looking to use social media to grow their business.

What We Are Looking For

We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and positive individuals with a sincere passion for sales to join our team. These individuals should have strong listening and communication skills, as well as the ability to learn new concepts quickly. The candidates that demonstrates these traits, and a strong work ethic, will have a high chance of being selected for this position.

The candidates we hire will have an opportunity to earn over $50,000-$175,000/year. Compensation for this role is 100% performance based. There is no cap on the amount of commission paid and we will provide the leads.

Suffice to say: If you are experienced and confident, you have the ability to make a lot of money.

Responsibilities

Consult with inbound leads (qualify leads, develop proposals, and pitch)
Prospect small business leads in specific industries
Schedule consultation meetings with interested leads
Develop and pitch custom proposals to interested leads
Close new deals

Requirements

Passionate about digital marketing and UGC in particular
Passionate about helping small businesses
Strong listening and communication skills
Ability to learn new concepts quickly
Ability to understand the needs of our leads and how to cater services to their needs

Education

A minimum of a high school education is required.

Experience

1-2 years of sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Additional Skills to Stand Out

Broad understanding of digital marketing (Social Media, D2C, UGC, etc.).
Broad understanding of UGCfanatico’s company and services.
Any previous sales, customer service, or related experience in working with D2C, UGC businesses.
